On the fifth day of this great adventure called "homecoming," I left my parents' house and went to Oshima Island in Kesennuma. Of course, we stayed at Kaiho, our regular lodging. It was supposed to be a big adventure chasing after a typhoon, but so far every picture I have taken, including this one of Ryumaisaki, shows a blue sky 😁I am a self-proclaimed "sunny woman". The day is coming soon when I will be allowed to take away my self-proclaimed title and call myself a sunny woman👍. Now, the toast at Kaiho is Echigo Tsurukame Sparkling. As it says on the back of the bottle, it is a junmai ginjo brewed with wine yeast and filled with carbon dioxide gas, so it is quite shwashy. Already, this is wine. The white one! The juicy aroma and taste is really muscat 💕The sweetness from the acidity is very pleasant. What the heck, this is soooo good 😆💕.
