Tamasakura is Tono. I heard that it was named so that it would be an active sake at the end of a drinking session.
It has a faint golden color. Aroma of grain. Almost watery when cold. The alcohol content is 13 degrees, so it's not surprising.
When heated, the umami flavor opens up. If it is heated too much, the umami will be lost. It's best when it's warmed up to the top.
