もよもよ
This is Kurotsuzumi, a Daiginjo-class Daiginjo that was entered in a sake competition last year. I bought it because I thought it would be a perfect end-of-year drink. The label is not the usual one of a woman in kimono, so you can tell that the spirit is different from the usual.
It has a gorgeous fruity flavor and a restrained sweetness. It is a beautiful sake that can be presented at a sake show. Slightly peachy? Probably, it is a delicious sake no matter who you are.
It is a sake that can play the leading role, but it would be delicious with white fish or something a little more protein-rich. Anyway, it was a good sake. The price is more expensive than usual, but not too expensive, which I appreciate.
