I finally had a chance to meet and taste it.
The overall balance was perfect, right down to the sweetness that I can say was just right.
Five Stars is not even enough, so I have to give it 6 Stars for my personal evaluation.
I want to say all the compliments about sake.
The aftertaste lingers quite a bit.
