Powerful and sharp mouthfeel.
After the first sip, there is a soft and robust acidity and umami, followed by a light sweetness.
The bitter taste is followed by a slight bitterness and a hint of miscellaneous flavors.
The finish is rather smooth and square.
This is a little too strong.
However, it goes well with mayo mustard with pork fillet.
It is a must-try.
