Hatsu Shinshu Kamerei: ‼️
When poured into a glass, it has a delicate apple-like aroma and a hint of sweet aroma of rice, with a calm aroma that can only be achieved by fire-roasting 😋.
In the mouth, the soft umami and mild sweetness of Yamae Nishiki spread slowly, yet the acidity is moderate and the overall taste is round and gentle. ☺️
The aftertaste is clean and crisp, with no cloying taste and a fruity aftertaste that lingers elegantly, making it an easy-drinking, well-balanced sake ✨.
I was surprised to see +3 degrees on the menu 😆 I was told it was fruity, so I thought it was a minus sake, but I was surprised to see +3 degrees on the menu 😆.
