I haven't been able to drink sake recently due to working on holidays, so this is my first sake in about 2 weeks 😭I've also been suffering from a bad shoulder for the first time in a long time, so my body is a little banged up, so let's get the blood flowing with sake 😏.
I'll have the Mya which I was attracted by the label 🐈.
The aroma is sweet like vanilla. It has a light and clear mouthfeel, and slowly fades away in the second half with a deliciously spicy sweetness.
For a Tamagawa, it is easy to drink at a low 14 degrees Celsius. The signature cat seems to be a model. It seems that a portion of the proceeds will be donated to an animal welfare organization: ☺️
I have paired it with firefly squid and dried sea bream and it is delicious 🐟🐱.
