Nagano Prefecture has a lot of good sake, so our expectations are high, but this was a classic that lived up to our expectations!
It was a classic sake that lived up to our expectations. While there was a hint of maturity from the first aroma, the sweetness, umami, and acidity were well balanced, making it perfect for a mealtime sake!
