Abe's account, which was given to him Abe-kan is a crisp, dry sake, but it varies a lot depending on whether you drink it chilled or chilled. When I first chilled it in the refrigerator at 0 degrees Celsius, it was more dry and I felt it was not enough. The next day, I brought it back to room temperature and was surprised! The dryness remained the same, but the flavor was more pronounced! It was a perfect match for cheap sardine sushi, sashimi, and stewed plums! I realized that this sake is made in a port town and goes great with fish. Thank you very much for the sake!

Colonel Lal, good evening 😃. Abekan! I haven't had a chance to drink it yet 😅I got a bottle of light nigori the other day and it's waiting for me in the fridge 🤗It's a dry sake 🍶 so I'm looking forward to drinking it with fish 😋.

J&N, good evening 😁. So you are currently waiting for it? If possible, I recommend pairing it with fatty fish👍. Sake from Kesennuma, Ishinomaki, and Shiogama is made with fish as the main target 🤘.
