The next dish was served! Wrapped meat with Shimonita onion! Looks so good! As for the sake, let's go with a simple brand this time! Jikin special junmai hi-ire! We had this at a shish-kebab restaurant in Kyoto in the fall! This is the 17th time I've had this 👀. Even though it's a special junmai, it goes in so smoothly! I can't taste any bitterness. It's a great sake after all! It was a nice choice because it was reasonably priced at this restaurant! The pork belly is tender and delicious 😋! Sake goes well with it 🍶!
