The sweetness is so exquisite that you may be confused for a moment.
As I drank it the next day and the day after that, I felt that the sweetness stood out thanks to the acidity that had settled down, or maybe it was just a matter of me getting used to it, but I felt that I could feel a firm sweetness.
The finish is clean and refreshing, and it seems to be a good sake for a meal.
