bouken
At the liquor section of Yodobashi Umeda.
They have a refrigerator, but all they do is heat sake. When we first started dealing with sake, we had a lot of unpasteurized sake like USUKI, Katano Sakura, and Yoake Mae.
These days they only have raw sake occasionally.
In the last year, I've only bought Toyokuni and Shichiken.
I'll tell you what I think of the sake.
It's a low-alcohol type that's in fashion these days. It has an acidity and a light mouthfeel. Fresh fruitiness. Slightly sweet. This is even better than I expected. It's light, but it's also very drinkable.
