Takashi
It's been a little while, but when my wife went back to her parents' home in Takamatsu, she brought back a souvenir: Kuniju from the Ayagiku Sake Brewery. Recommended by my brother-in-law? It seems to be my brother-in-law's recommendation. It's my first time to drink it.
It seems to be a brand limited to Kagawa Prefecture, made with Kagawa-grown rice, Oceto, and the first sake in the prefecture to bear the toji's name.
When you drink it, it is dry and refreshing!
But is it a little different from "light" sake? Is it firm?
A little sourness, too.
Apparently it has won the gold medal three times in the heated sake contest, so let's try heating it up 🍶.
Yes, this is delicious 😋, it's a little softer and smells softly of sake.
Like rolling it around on the tongue and tasting it?
It might be good for the season when it gets cold and heated sake is good 🥳.

Hello, Takashi-san!
I love that your wife brings home a souvenir of sake every time she goes out 😍.
This time the label is very dignified 🎵.
I think it's easy to drink dry, acidic and refreshing 😋Kanzake is good 🤗.

Good morning, ma-ki-😊.
Yes, he almost always buys it for me. Thanks 🙏 While my wife doesn't drink sake, she's trying to buy the one I've never had, so she asked her brother-in-law this time!

Hi Takashi 😃
The name is somewhat like a heavyweight supporting the country 😊I'm glad to hear that the sake you might only drink as a souvenir is good 😊.
