There is almost no blue sky in winter in Hokuriku, but I guess the winter in Suwa is clear and blue.
The sake is also clear and really too delicious. On this day, I paired it with firefly squid.

I found Honkin-san at one of the few stores in Kansai that sells Shinshu Kamerei, and I fell in love with Honkin-san as I patrolled the store 😀.
It seems to be the next boom for Shinshu 😇.
