The label is not clear at first glance, but it appears to be a brand called Mutsugorozan from Tocho. I quite like Saga sake with a sweet fruity taste, so I have high expectations for this one.
The taste is delicious, with the sweet fruity flavor of Saga coming through well. I remember thinking that it has some acidity.
The brewer commented that it goes well with cheese and chicken. It certainly seems to be a good match.
