The Ten Waters of Foam Made with Haenuki rice produced in Yamagata Prefecture Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15.5 Sake meter degree: ±0 Acidity: 2.1 Fat 5/31, bottle opened 6/25 Jusui is one of my favorite sake! I haven't had a special junmai since I started sakéwa💦. This is a mellow, full-bodied sake brewed with the "tojumizu brewing" method of the late Edo period. This junmai sake has a perfect harmony of umami and sweetness. The nigori component is left in and the effervescence caused by the secondary fermentation of sake yeast in the bottle is contained in the "Jumizu of effervescence. 〜From the description When the bottle is opened, it has a fruity aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can enjoy the fruity flavor and the rich taste that is contrary to the fruity flavor 👍and the refreshing taste is irresistible♪ It may be best to chill it well and drink it in a wine glass! Delicious! This is finally the end of my May Sake post 😅. Forgot to take a picture of the inside of the glass💦. Three summer sakes are on the way 😍.

Pon-chan Good evening...I would recommend Jusui's non-foaming general sake "special junmai-shu"! I think it is a delicious food sake that is not too sweet and not too spicy 😊. This year's summer sake was a good encounter😍.

Mr. Jay & Mrs. Nobby Good morning! Jusui is an easy to find sake in my area, and it's very useful because it's very cost-effective and tastes good both chilled and warmed up 😊The reserve group... is the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station.
