And today is Sake Day 🍶.
I hesitate to open it even though it's the middle of the week... but of course, I have to open it now, right? It's just the atmosphere😅lol
So, I rummaged in the fridge....
Here it is! There are so many brands that I was wondering what to open... 😓.
Jyushidai, Jikin, Sansho, Shinmasa... and Tasake🤣.
I took it out with the force of "open it!
Well, I'm sorry for the long preamble... but this Akita Sake Komachi is my first drink 🤤.
When I opened the bottle, the aroma was like mellow......that's it 💡.
The aroma reminds me of Kameizumi🐢's CEL-24, which is very close ❗️
The aroma is similar to Kameizumi's ❗️... but it is more umami than Kameizumi's with a bit of spiciness and bitterness 🤔🤔.
Although the pull remains a little ... but in general, it is a good cohesion and easy to drink 🍸.
Personally, I have an image of Tazake as a middle ground that can be ripe for both the mid-meal and pre-meal repertoire, but I think this one is more for pre-meal and post-meal 😊.
We had it after dinner with a light cheese 🧀😋.
Day 2🗒️
The aroma is the same as before, but the melon is more stable.
I think the flavor has increased a little 🤔.
The balance is almost as stable as on the first day 😊.
