Kumakichi
Here's another one of my favorites, opened by a friend on Sunday during a visit.
Nagano's got an abundance of sake that I find delicious, if the water is any match!
Among them, Kawanakajima Genmai is one of my Top 3 favorite Nagano sake!
This time we will have an unfiltered raw Omachi sake!
The aroma and taste are sweet and umami, as if you put thick honey in your mouth, but at the same time, the taste is clean and crisp.
It was a bottle that was very drinkable and yet had a gorgeous aroma.
Rice polishing ratio: 55% (100% Omachi)
Alcohol content: 16%.
