The brewery tours are by appointment only once an hour, so plan accordingly. After making an appointment, you may want to go shopping at Aizu Nakasyo.
They allowed us to taste 4 kinds of sake. I bought the orthodox Yamahai.
It has a nice acidity and strong sake flavor.
After returning home from Aizu, I drank it while playing mahjong and won, but I was so drunk that my head hurt the next day.
