I'll have a bottle of Hakusyu from Tedorigawa 🤍.
First of all, I opened the bottle slowly without shaking it! When I poured the supernatant into the glass, it was full of shrieking, energetic gas. It has a refreshing sweetness with a slight aroma of grapes, like a sparkling wine.
When shaken well, it became cloudy and the sweetness of the rice increased, and the last taste was gentle and deliciously bitter.
