A new variety of "Sagabiyori".
This rice was developed by the Saga Prefectural Agricultural Experiment and Research Center over a period of 10 years with the goal of creating a variety that can handle high temperatures.
Slightly carbonated and refreshing on the palate.
Light umami! The taste is moderately sharp, with a pleasant acidity that is more typical of Kouei Kiku, and is very well-balanced, including the lingering finish.

Rice used: 100% Sagabiyori
