Yamaguchi Prefecture Sake 🍶 235
My brother gave me "Shingen Mochi" as a travel souvenir.
I paired it with sake 😆.
I tried pairing it with Shingenmochi on an insta-live from a certain izakaya.
I️ tried it because it was paired with Shingen Mochi.
I watched YouTube to see how to eat "Shingen Mochi".
If I hadn't watched it, I'd be all over the place😅.
Kinako = love it!
Mochi = love it!
Kinako + mochi = Shingenmochi = love it💕
So pairing has nothing to do with it 🤣.
The result is that Shingenmochi is ummmm 😋.
Now for the sake.
On the first day, there is a sweetness with a rice flavor from Yamadanishiki.
There is also bitterness.
The overall impression is sharp and hard 🧐.
On the 3rd day, the sharpness is removed and it becomes softer👍.
In my opinion, the 3rd day is the best timing 😋.
More Yamadanishiki🌾 sweetness and flavor ⤴️.
I'll try heating up the sake.
It became very sweet 😜️ great change ‼️.
It was still better cold 😊.
100% Yamadanishiki, Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol 14.5%.

Ace, good evening 🌆.
I think it might be a good idea to have Shingenmochi with sake because the soybean flour will make your mouth dry after eating it 😁.
But I feel like it's a waste of sake, since Daimine is also good on its own...

Hi Haruei Chichi 🎶!
Shingenmochi is dry in the mouth with soybean flour 😅the containers, wrappings and leftover soybean flour are a waste or not eco-friendly 😥Omine is good on its own👍

Shingenmochi is delicious👍
I've been trying heating everything up lately 🍶.
I don't have a Nobey Yokocho, so I'm a lentil 😅.
