This year's No. 1 Butchiri in the Weird Sake category 🍶. It is Kaze no Mori ALPHA7 Ichigeki 2023! The contents are a bottle of sake, a beaker and... not a drug 😳 but a "sake-fixing medicine" 🧪. Inspired by the secret "sake-fixing medicine" found in books from the Edo period (1603-1868) to fix altered sake, we created a magical medicine 🪄 that brings depth to the aroma and flavor of sake. The sake-fixing medicine is made by the Yamato Distillery, which produces Tachibana GIN. Sake🍶 is an unintentional overworking of wild yeast during the brewing process, resulting in off-flavors. The sake itself has the usual silky lychee and pear aroma with a slight bran and pickle-like flavor, and the taste is like ALPHA1DRY with a pickle-like flavor. The sake remedy has an aroma of cinnamon, spice and pepper, mixed with a fresh citrus aroma, and a taste of bitter, sweet and tongue-tingling spice. When blended with a few drops of the sake, the aroma is quite nice, with a hint of cinnamon and spice in the upper titling, combined with pear and lychee. Taste-wise, the cinnamon, citrus and spice nuances counteract the pickle sensation that comes in the second half 😳. The bitterness of the spices in the after flavor is also a nice addition. Very interesting experience 😊. Thanks for the treat 🍶.

Good morning, Pon😄. I've never used a dropper to drink alcohol before 😅I'd like to try a lot of things like orchid liquor vs. liquor-fixing medicine: ☺️

I'm surprised that there was such a thing as a "remedy for alcoholism" in the Edo period. I'm surprised that a remedy for alcoholism existed in the Edo period.

Good evening, sake-run😄. I would like to try various things as long as it is not disrespectful to sake. I would like to see how many drops of sake remedy can be added to musubi to see if it changes the taste, or if it doesn't matter how many drops are added 😄.
