The year 2025 is fast approaching, and it's already 1/4...💦I'm depressed that I only have one more day off 😞.
And today, exhausted from my first run of the new year 🎿...I'm opening a new one that will make you feel refreshed 😁.
I've been curious about one of my favorites at the end of the year, Akabu Sparkling ✨.
It was a little bit over my budget... but I thought it would be good for the holiday season 😅.
When I opened the bottle, I couldn't smell the aroma...but as soon as I took a sip, it was so sweet in my mouth ❗️ and shwash🤩.
The moment you drink it, the acidity is reminiscent of sparkling wine🍾... but the aftertaste is still sake🍶.
It tastes completely different from the Akabu I usually drink... but after sports, I love the taste 😆 It also tastes a bit dry (almost like the dry taste of a strong chu-hai).
It's delicious, but my only complaint is the bottled beer type stopper that you have to drink it up after opening the bottle 😢.
I can't even store it in the fridge with the bottle open to change the flavor because of the oxidation process 😭.
I wish they had at least made it a corkable type...
ps. I think I prefer the regular Akabu if I have to take the price and the taste as a whole 😘.

Hi Jay & Nobby😄
I've been opening them every night during the holiday season... but I'll try to save it for the weekend only again 😅.
I'm sure you have your reasons, but I'd still appreciate it if you could cork it 😢.
