Sake Expo 2025 SAKE EXPO⑥
I knew I had to go to Koshi Meikozo based on Nemuchi's advance information.
It was always crowded, so I flew there as soon as it was open😅.
I drank
Motomasa Junmai Ginjyo Kameguchi Directly filtered raw sake
No picture because I bought it.
I didn't write it down, but it's a raw sake. Nemuchi-san recommended it.
It was sweet and fruity and delicious.
Koshinotsuru PREMIUM Junmai Sake - Takane Nishiki Unfiltered
It is said to be dry, but it was not as dry as I expected, but fruity. The floral and acidity are impressive.
Koshinotsuru PREMIUM Junmai Ginjo Nakadori Gohyakumangoku
Transparent taste, but sweetness is also present.
Koshinotsuru Tsuruhi Chishaku Yuki Activated Nigori Sake
They said it was left over for the Harukas event.
They said it was out of gas, but it was slightly effervescent with a trace of sweetness and a strong rice flavor.
Koshinotsuru Bessen Normal Sake
The cost performance is very good. Easy to drink.
It's a regular sake, but it tastes great even when drunk cold.
I also drank some other sake, such as Fukuro-hozuri and 21% rice polishing ratio, but I will not go into details because I was told that it is not allowed to upload on SNS 😌.

All of the Koshinotsuru PREMIUMs were fresh like raw sake.
I was surprised at how different it was from Yamashiroya.
Yamashiroya seems to be limited to outside Niigata Prefecture.
The guy at the brewery talked a lot 😁.
He was like a comedian from Kanto!
