I bought Kibotsu before the year-end party at work, and on the way back I bought this sake along with Nagato Gorge in a tongue-tied state😅.
It has a smooth mouthfeel.
It has a good balance of sweet and spicy and fruity, but it's still a sake that you can drink lazily.
Echizenmisaki is probably one of the best in terms of drinkability 🤔.
