Continuing from last year, I opened a bottle of Shinmasa No.6 X-type on my birthday.
On the same day, I was also able to acquire the qualification of sake taster.
After acquiring the SAKE DIPROMA, I realized that the sake taster is more well known than the diploma.
Although the Diploma is more difficult to pass the exam, I decided to take both certifications because I could not say that it is easy to become a sake taster if I had not taken the Diploma. So I decided to take both.
I'm sorry for the long preamble.
It was my birthday, so I decided to have a special sake.
I had it in a wine glass.
It was so clear and free of any unpleasant taste that it went down my throat easily.
It was so fragrant that I didn't feel like I was drinking sake.
I think it is an amazing sake.
However, it is difficult to match this sake.
I choose dishes with the sensation of drinking sake, so I feel as if something else has suddenly arrived.
I was poor, so I returned the sake to the cellar after drinking two glasses.
I would like to drink it with someone.
Please come and have a drink with me.

Thank you very much!
I wasn't going to take the sake tasting certificate since I got the diploma, but I took it to gain a little more knowledge. It's hard to find time to study, isn't it?
It was a gorgeous birthday at Shinsei!

Thank you very much!
Personally, I think S is well-balanced, but X-type is very festive!
I would love to have a drink with you alcohol lovers someday.
