Due to the busy schedule towards the end of the year, I've accumulated a lot of notes on alcohol that I haven't been able to check in 📝.
Cleaning up the house is a hassle, so I'm going to at least clean up the check-ins 🧹.

Kawanakajima Genmai's Shiboritate.
Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake.
It is brewed with 100% Miyamanishiki rice polished to 49%.
The aroma is typical of freshly brewed sake, with sake-like and ginjo aroma coexisting.
It also has a strong rice aroma.
It has a beautiful sweetness and a slight acidity.
I felt that it is a Genmai-like sake with both freshness and beauty.
I think I was busy talking with the owner and the regulars because my notes were very simple😅.
