Hakkaisan is a well-known Niigata sake.
It was so major that I somehow never drank it.
I had drunk it when I was a student, I think. I was a student, but that was about it.
Urakasumi was better than expected, so I decided to try more and more major breweries and bought this one.
The aroma was a little fruity.
In the mouth, there is a freshness typical of nama-shu, but the balance of aroma, umami, and sweetness is very good.
It is neither too light nor too heavy.
It has a refreshing aftertaste, so you will not get tired of drinking it.
＝Sake to be drunk too much.
Hakkaisan is delicious.
My wife likes it better than I do, and we have already repeated several times because it is easy to get.
I feel that there is a reason why it has become a major sake.
