It's been a long time since I've had a Snow Kayasha: ☃️
This is one of those brands that I tend to put off because I see it all the time, but it's consistently good👍.
It's easy to drink and has an elegant sweetness and umami that doesn't interfere with food, with a slight sharpness and a fresh taste that only a pure sake can have 😆.
As expected of Akita's top class sake ❣️
Thank you for the food 🙏.

Hi Hissan, good evening: ❄️
Your Snow Kayasha sake sounds delicious! I've been putting it off as well and haven't had it for a long time 💦I'd like to try it while it's still available 😊.

Pon, I wish you the best of luck in the cold ⛄️
Even if it's not a rare sake, there are plenty of great tasting sake out there 😋.
Some of the sake you can always buy are only available for a limited time, and I recommend this raw sake from Yukikaya: ❣️

Good evening, Hissan😄.
Nama sake is good, but the true essence of Kayasha is fire-roasted. 😁💕
I prefer the fire-aged one 🤣👍

Hi Hissan, good evening ‼️
I also drank it the other day and enjoyed it very much when the temperature was more or less stable from cold 🤗I was curious about the other sake too.

Good evening, T.KISO 😃.
It's true that there are many people who recommend hi-ire of Yukikaya 🤨.
I'm also interested in Yamahai and some others, so I'd like to try Hi-ire as well 🙋.
