As soon as I smelled the wood, I knew this was the one I liked.
It is like drinking clear, tasty water with no cloying taste. It had an excellent balance of just the right amount of acidity and sharpness that didn't interfere with the meal, which my husband and I both liked.
The juicy acidity combined with the clarity makes it easy to drink without getting stuck.
I would like to try other Gagakuyo.
