My first Yamama!
It was a combination of other sakes, but it was tasty enough!
When I looked it up on the internet, I found out that it is a sake made by combining "Omachi" and "Nagori Yuki".
It is juicy and sweet, with a slight sourness and bitterness.
It is a very easy to drink sake.
I drank it while eating nabe, but it is also very good by itself!
From the following HP
The 16th brewing of R2BY is
For the koji rice, we used "Omachi" rice polished to 55% from Okayama Prefecture.
The rice for the sake is "Nagori Yuki" from Niigata Prefecture, which is polished to 60%.
It has a rich and beautiful sweet flavor.
You can enjoy the rich and beautiful sweet and umami taste, and the pushiness that only middle harvesting can provide!
Nagori Yuki" is a type of Uruchi rice.
In addition, "Nagori Yuki" is a rare rice that is no longer grown because the seeds are no longer available.
Because the seed rice is no longer available, it is no longer grown.
This is the last time you will be able to enjoy this flavor.

Good evening 🌃, Sheri~!
It's been 3 days since we opened the bottle and it's even sweeter!
It was a tying of a certain famous sake from Saitama, but it's good enough on its own 🎵!
