I like hiragana Takachiyo, but this is my first time to try Kanji Takachiyo.
It is not as fruity as the hiragana, but it goes well with food.

The Kanji Takachidai we drank was a dense sweet 😅 but generally it's a light dry type!
Dry sake that goes well with food is also fun to prepare with the Tsumami in mind 🤗.
