The second batch of Shiboritate Nama-nama-shu from Shiboritate, a freshly pressed sake from the Shiboritate brewery! Sake in Murakami at Sake no Matsuzawa. The freshness and powerful flavor of the fresh sake was too good to be true for the sake made by Shiboritate. We shared the crab we got at the end of the year with shabu-shabu. It was too delicious.
