I went on a trip to Fukui during the New Year's holiday and bought this at a liquor store on my trip. It seems to be another line of Tengumai sake brewery.
I wondered what the five was, and according to the description on the brewery's website, the following description
The name "GORIN" is based on our wish that our customers, restaurants, sake retailers, brewers, and toji will always have a dignified relationship with each other so that they can enjoy our sake.
When you take a sip, the taste of rice comes straight into your mouth, and it feels as if it is coarsely passing over your tongue, while at the same time smoothly passing down your throat. I found another delicious sake. If I went out for a drink with my colleagues and found it on the menu, I wanted to surprise them by ordering it early on.

I spent three relaxing nights in Ashihara Onsen in Fukui. Gorin is a good sake. Personally, I would like to see a rice farmer in the five.
