On this day, we opened a bottle of this luxurious sake made from "Kuro⿓ Jungin", which we had not been able to find the right time to open since we bought it. ❗️ This excellent product, made from 100% Gohyakumari from Fukui Prefecture, tasted like a new sensation, rich and sour, like ripe fruit. The accompaniment was a platter of "yellowtail and trout," which are synonymous with autumn flavors.
