ヒラッチョ
Today was a weekday off and I went to Ueno.
I visited the Hon'ami Koetsu exhibition at the Tokyo National Museum of Fine Arts and Music.
I went to Higashi-Ueno and Yoshi-ike to get some food,
I had a drink instead of lunch at the entrance to the fish market on the south side of Yoshi-ike🍶♨️
A glass of Kirinzan traditional dry sake (nicknamed "Denkara"), warmed up.
Compared to the 24°C heat of the day before yesterday, it's still cold like winter today.
That's why the warmed sake soaks up the heat 😊.
I was curious about Kirinzan Denshinsai since it was mentioned in the heated sake category of this issue of Dan-chu, and I had already bought a 300ml bottle and had it waiting in the fridge, but now I wanted to drink it as soon as possible.
This is a dry, crisp, heated sake of a classic Echigo light, dry sake.
The impression doesn't change dramatically from the cold sake when heated, but it doesn't fall apart even when heated and can be enjoyed like a highball in a way, just like the description on the bottle of Dan-chu.
Yum 😊.
It warms you up.
