Since it is difficult to obtain in the mainland, I managed to get a bottle during my visit to Okinawa!

The top aroma may be preconceived, but it has a faint banana-like flavor.
In the mouth, it has a solid and matured feeling.
The rice-derived graininess is strong... The rice polishing ratio is 70%.
Sake reflects the local climate.

Yes...it may be difficult to obtain even on the main island of Okinawa in the future.
