This time it is Tenmei no Nakadori Zero.
"New sake starts from Tenmei."
I have been saying so every year, and this year, too, I was anxiously awaiting the day when the "Zero" ban was lifted.
I will drink it cold.
It has a pale ao-sae color and sooty nigori.
The top aroma is sweet koji aroma with green apple nuance.
It has a mild mouthfeel.
First, take a sip of the supernatant.
The koji aroma lightly wafts into the nose, and the soft, juicy sweetness and apple-like acidity spread freshly.
When the oli is mixed in, the bitterness increases and the acidity becomes sharp, and it seems to be too dry.
I think it is better not to cool it down too much, so that the bitterness of the Oli and the original juiciness can be balanced and become a cohesive type of beer. I don't know 🤗.
I'm looking forward to Tenmei no Zero, thinking how hard it is to decide on the date of the ban and make sake every year.
I'm thankful that I was able to taste it again this year 🙏.

I feel like it's the beginning of the new year, you've decided on a new sake 😊👍Tenmei, there are many stores that carry it, but I've never encountered Zero 💦I don't know, but I'll remember not to over-chill it 🙏🙏.

Good evening, Pon-chan. I can't drink all of Tenmei's Nakadori, but I just can't miss Zero. Just looking at the milky golden color of Zero is enough to get me excited for the new sake season 🌾✨.
