I finally bought a bottle of Higashitsuru, which I had been curious about for a long time. It's low in alcohol and gentle, which is somewhat to my liking.

The sweetness is clean and the acidity is clear. There is a lactic acid nuance, which is nice.
The acidity continues gently and finishes without bitterness.
