The last one is Shuho.
The photo of the back label that I took has gone away due to the timing of updating my phone.
Although it claims to be a +10 super-hot sake, my first impression is that it is not that hot, and I can feel the goodness of the tailoring in the way it finishes with pleasant acidity and bitterness while retaining the necessary and sufficient umami.
This is my first visit to Gakku, and I recommend it for its high standards in terms of atmosphere, cleanliness of work, taste of food, sake lineup, pricing, and personality of the owner.
