Temperature 25°C (room temperature), 5°C, 55°C Taste 70%, 70% Color Clear and colorless Aroma: A mixture of cemedine and ginjo aroma when cold. The warmer it is, the more the ginjo aroma disappears. Taste: Light on the palate with a very dry aftertaste. True to the label. Mouth tingles for a while. Overall impression: Spicier than Kikusui's dry sake. The alcohol content is slightly lower than that of Kikusui at 14℃. We found out that it is not to the taste of Mr. Takehiko Inoue.

Hello Mr. Licking Sake ☔. I recommend Mitsui no Kotobuki's Dai-harakuchi sake, which comes out in early spring. It has a nice aroma and is totally different from the fire-aged version.

Thanks for your comment, Matsuchiyo. There is something totally different when it is raw sake, isn't there? Since it is this time of year, I will try it someday.
