When the husband went to buy shochu, he found a lineup of hiyaoroshi from all over Japan.
He chose Haneya and Hakurakusei from among them 😊.
We started with Haneya first 😋.
When I first sipped it, I thought the aroma was not that spectacular, but the ginjo aroma spread quickly in my mouth.
Then I also felt the acidity and the umami of the rice.
The pungent taste lingers for a rather long time.
