The world is drinking Hiyayogoshi in the autumn season. It's great that Japan has four seasons. But today, we are going to adjust and tune to neutrality. That's why we are drinking Tasake. It's been a while since I've had it. It has a slight fruity flavor from the spiciness of the rice, but it is also full of the umami of the rice, which is typical of tasyu, and a slight bitterness that makes it go down smoothly. This rice flavor is so sweet. Not as sweet as the recent sweet-umami juicy ones, but still this basic form is too um🐎y!
