That's why we are drinking Tasake.
It's been a while since I've had it.
It has a slight fruity flavor from the spiciness of the rice, but it is also full of the umami of the rice, which is typical of tasyu, and a slight bitterness that makes it go down smoothly.
This rice flavor is so sweet.
Not as sweet as the recent sweet-umami juicy ones, but still this basic form is too um🐎y!
