Just after the sweetness, the sourness hits you.
The acidity comes right after the sweetness and leaves a bitter taste at the back of the throat.
It is dry and crisp.

I first encountered Muso a year ago and have bought it every season, but I still prefer the bright, bursting flavor of freshly squeezed sake.
The sky is dark in Niigata, but this is a sake that will brighten your mood.
