Well-balanced, easy to drink and pleasant to drink. The sweetness and umami are well balanced, but the acidity is less pronounced than in Mie Yamadanishiki Nama. The taste is fleeting, disappearing quickly in the aftertaste. Wanashi-like character. To be honest, it does not have much character. The Mie Yamadanishiki has opened up considerably over the course of the day, so I would expect this one to do the same. As expected, it opened well, so I'll revise it. Which one is better is too much a matter of taste, but I personally prefer the Mie Yamadanishiki raw, so I'll give it this rating. Comparison. The sweetness is a little more refined. The difference between the raw and the hi-iru is probably the difference, but it is gentle, calm, and light. Almost no bitterness or other elements other than sweetness and acidity. 4.75
