Gentle sweetness with nuances of cacao and chocolate 🍫 Bitter without any lactic acidity.
It seems to be chemically denatured like vanilla during the aging process, and it is not a cherry blossom, chrysanthemum flower, or plum flower.
I wonder if it was like a test brew from the local area...
I wanted to share it with honda 😭.
