Received the results of my health checkup yesterday, which I had completely forgotten about: ✌️
Abdominal circumference, uric acid level, insulin, and cholesterol were over the standard values, and there was a lineup of follow-up and checkup required 😅.
Well, the conclusion is that I am a useless metabolic uncle who can't manage himself 😝.
All of these four items were written to reduce the amount of alcohol I drink.
Lately I've been limiting my sake to less than 2 gou of sake, and I've been using carbonated shochu to make up for the sake I don't drink enough 🥵.
I opened a bottle of this sake in a hole-in-the-wall club activity while being shocked by the results of my health checkup.
The feature of this sake seems to be that it is brewed with white malted rice. Generally speaking, sake is made with yellow malted rice and white malted rice is mostly used for shochu😃.
When I opened the bottle, the aroma is apple-like.
But when you drink it, it's quite sour. ❣️
Sweet and sour sake. It's not too sweet, but more on the sour side. It seems to be very wine conscious.
But for those who are used to drinking wine, it might have a halfway feeling😅.
Let's hope the taste will change after a while😍.
