It has been a while since Ippodo's last light nigori.
The top clear water has a sweet and sour taste, and the sweetness is slight. When mixed with orikori, the sweet-savory taste of the koji is enhanced with a hint of bitterness.
The fresh and refreshing sweetness and bitterness finish off the nigori, making this nigori sake to my liking!
It's so delicious that it will be gone in no time. I can't stop refilling 😋.

It's been a long time since I've had Ippo myself due to the sake stock at this time of year, but it's delicious and I'm sure I'll be back next year👍I personally like it so much that it's second only to Hirotogawa Nigori, so please give it a try: ☺️
