Late-night drinks after coming home from work on the last train. The main course is a meaty hamburger steak with cheese. Based on the information that Okuharima's Yamahai Junmai goes well with meat dishes, I went from room temperature to heated sake. It is characterized by its acidity and umami. When heated, the acidity and umami elements come together and are wonderful. A very good heated sake. When paired with a meaty hamburger steak, it takes on the meat and makes it irresistible. 👍 I couldn't help but mumble 😅.

Good evening. I don't eat much meat, so I didn't think about pairing it with sake, but I see that hamburgers go well with it. I have a cup of Junmai Okuharima, not Yamahai, so I will try it when I eat meat.
